1	Understand and negotiate own volunteering role	1.1	negotiate own role and responsibilities within the organisation or volunteering project
		1.2	describe the roles and responsibilities of colleagues, and others he/she may be involved with, and how these relate to own role
		1.3	state own expectations for support in carrying out the volunteering role
		1.4	describe the agreed boundaries of own volunteering responsibilities and what to do if the boundaries are challenged
2	Maintain organisational standards when carrying out own volunteering role	2.1	describe the purpose of organisational policies and procedures and why it is important for volunteers to follow them
