1	Understand the issues affecting young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour	1.1	Explain the emotional, practical and legal issues which may affect young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour
1		1.2	Explain the effects of these issues on the needs and priorities of young people in these situations
2	Understand how to support young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour	2.1	Enable young people to express their own view about the nature, priority and extent of their needs in a manner which is sensitive to their feelings and situation
		2.2	Explain how and why it is important to inform young people about confidentiality and the potential use of information they provide in disciplinary or legal proceedings
		2.3	Describe the types of information and support services available and explain how and when to make use of them within the boundaries of own role and remit
