1	Understand problems that occur in the workplace	1.1	explain why problem solving is an important skill
		1.2	identify the types of problems that occur in his/her workplace
		1.3	describe how these problems may affect working operations
2	Identify problems in the workplace	2.1	identify a problem accurately describing its main features
		2.2	identify how he/she will know the problem has been solved
		2.3	explore different ways of tackling the problem
3	Plan to tackle the problem in the workplace and follow the plan through	3.1	confirm with an appropriate person how he/she will try to solve the problem
