Enable other workers to reflect on and make decisions about levels of contact
Supervise other workers at a sufficient level to ensure that they only undertake activities for which they are competent and which are within their remit
Monitor that professional and behavioural boundaries are clear and are being observed by other workers in their work relationships, in accordance with organisational protocols
Evaluate the effect which undertaking different activities has on workers and take any appropriate action where there are concerns that it is detrimental.
Enable other workers to reflect on their personal effectiveness.
Support other workers to identify their own values, beliefs, interests and priorities and the impact which these may have on their own working practice
