Establish and maintain routine contact with other workers.

1.1

Maintain routine contact with other workers to provide opportunities for feedback, discussion and support

1.2

Enable other workers to reflect on and make decisions about levels of contact

1.3

Supervise other workers at a sufficient level to ensure that they only undertake activities for which they are competent and which are within their remit

1.4

Monitor that professional and behavioural boundaries are clear and are being observed by other workers in their work relationships, in accordance with organisational protocols

1.5

Evaluate the effect which undertaking different activities has on workers and take any appropriate action where there are concerns that it is detrimental.

Enable other workers to reflect on their personal effectiveness.

2.1

Support other workers to identify their own values, beliefs, interests and priorities and the impact which these may have on their own working practice

Provide constructive feedback on the behaviour and practice of other workers (e.g. their effectiveness within their role and their ability to work with others)

Assist other workers to reflect on and make decisions about the objectives and outcomes of their work

Demonstrate ways of challenging and developing team members values and attitudes

Assist others to seek support from people who are in a position, and are willing to help them achieve goals

Assist others to identify how and when they should review their progress towards their goals

Challenge those workers who show signs of becoming complacent with the progress of their work and re-emphasise the importance and purpose of the work.
