1	Understand the effect of this on people with learning disabilities who have a history of failure, low societal expectations and deskilling and the responsibilities of the trainer	1.1	Explain the effect of underachievement on people with learning disabilities
		1.2	Explain how underachievement relates specifically to people with learning disabilities
		1.3	Explain how a history of failure and low societal expectations has deskilled people with disabilities
