  • legislation (if applicable)
  • how the policy would assist service users and staff
  • how the policy will inform practice
  • any costs which may be involved in implementing the policy
  • any resources needed to implement the policy

  • other stakeholders.

  • any exemptions to the policy
  • person responsible for implementation.

Explain a system for monitoring, evaluating and reviewing a policy.
