1.1

Prepare the site appropriately, and in a way which minimises the effect on the surrounding environment

Construct, maintain or repair the access point to specification, and finish it in a way which fits in with the surrounding environment

Take appropriate action without delay where problems occur during work including:

(i) accidental damage

(ii) difficulties in meeting the specification disturbance to wildlife or environment
