Learning Outcome - The learner will:		Assessment Criterion - The learner can:
1	Know how to train the task according to the TSI method with a person with a learning disability	1.1	Demonstrate an ability to adhere to topographical correctness when training
		1.2	Demonstrate the appropriate use of the range of assistance available
		1.3	Demonstrate the appropriate timing of cues
		1.4	Demonstrate the appropriate use of ‘no news is good news’
		1.5	Demonstrate that they have adapted their support according to the trainees’ needs
2	Be able to review and critically appraise training and reflect on alternative strategies for improvement	2.1	Identify the mistakes made while training
2		2.2	Formulate strategies for eliminating these in the future
3	Be able to plot the learning curves of the trainees on the task in terms of skill acquisition and self-initiation	3.1	Demonstrate the effective use of a learning curve to plot the progress made by the trainees on initiation, skill acquisition and towards reaching step, task analysis, training and production criteria
4	Understand the potential of trainees to acquire complex practical skills given training appropriate to their needs	4.1	Review how the practical demonstration and application of efficient training strategies can assist in increasing societal and individual expectations towards the client groups
