Learning outcomes 1and 2 can be assessed by:

  • oral and written questions
  • projects and assignments

Learning outcome 3 should be assessed by practical activities that allow the learner to demonstrate their teamwork skills.  Role plays of certain situations, for example, dealing with conflict are allowed.
