1	Be able to assess the issues affecting young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour	1.1	Analyse the emotional, practical and legal issues which may affect young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour
1		1.2	Evaluate the effects of these issues on the needs and priorities of young people in these situations
2	Be able to evaluate the support of young people who are victims, survivors or witnesses of intimidatory or criminal behaviour	2.1	Support these young people to identify priorities and make their own decisions in a way that balances the right of the individual with the potential risks of harm to them or others
2		2.2	Review the effectiveness of support provided, taking appropriate action to ensure appropriateness and compliance with relevant policies or statutory and legal frameworks
