Be able to present themselves appropriately at an interview

Arrive in good time for the interview and have prepared information about the name or job role or title of the interviewer

Introduce themselves at the interview location

Use appropriate means of non-verbal communication such as body language, facial expressions and tone of voice to show interest in the job or course

Be able to answer the interviewer’s questions appropriately

Explain the importance of clarifying an interviewer’s questions if they are unclear

Give full responses which provide answers to the questions asked by the interviewer
