Learning Outcome - The learner will:		Assessment Criterion - The learner can:
1	Be able to confirm that the requested resources have been provided in line with the firing plan	1.1	Confirm that the correct resources have been provided
		1.2	Confirm the serviceability of the resources
		1.3	Explain the procedure for returning incomplete, incorrect or defective equipment
2	Be able to position personnel and set out equipment in accordance with the firing plan	2.1	Establish the existence of any local conditions that might affect the safe conduct of the firing activity and take appropriate action to eliminate or mitigate their effect
		2.2	Brief personnel on their responsibilities and duties in accordance with organizational procedures
		2.3	Follow communications protocols in accordance with the firing plan
		2.4	Confirm the area as closed and clear of unauthorized personnel
		2.5	Prepare and set out the equipment and activity site in accordance with the firing plan
		2.6	Take appropriate precautions to protect people and the equipment in accordance with organizational procedures
