Learning Outcome - The learner will:		Assessment Criterion - The learner can:
1	Understand rights and responsibilities for Health and Safety that affect volunteers	1.1	describe the key items of Health and Safety legislation that affect own work
		1.2	explain the Health and Safety responsibilities organisations have toward volunteers
		1.3	explain the Health and Safety responsibilities of volunteers
2	Understand and apply the Health and Safety requirements of the volunteer involving organisation or project	2.1	describe the organisation’s Health and Safety policy and explain how it is implemented
		2.2	review Health and Safety practice and procedures and make recommendations for any changes
		2.3	review the Health and Safety aspects of the induction programme and make recommendations for changes, if required
