State the current relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and guidelines relating to licensed venues and implications for the security operative

• Harassment

State the conditions attached to the premises licence

Describe the limits of personal authority and responsibility relating to entry to and exit from licensed venues

Be able to control entry to licensed venues

State the site instructions for controlling entry to the licensed venue, including the types of identification that have to be checked

Confirm and record that security and protection equipment is functioning correctly
