Learning Outcome - The learner will:		Assessment Criterion - The learner can:
1	Demonstrate an understanding of music copyright in relation to their own musical work and associated creative output.	1.1	Clarify the key terms within copyright law and the impact they have on musical and literary works.
		1.2	Explain the copyrights which may be created in their future creative output and how these copyrights might be exploited to generate revenue.
		1.3	Evaluate their learning from the unit by creating a career focussed action plan that clarifies how they might assign copyright to relevant organisations in order to generate revenue in the future.
