1	Be able to assess the underlying issues contributing to the anti-social and/or criminal activity of young people	1.1	Analyse the factors that affect young people’s ability to address anti-social or criminal activities
1		1.2	Evaluate the impact of these factors on the issues and needs of these young people
2	Be able to monitor and review the support given to young people who are involved in anti-social and/or criminal activities	2.1	Develop strategies for assessing and managing the needs and risks of these young people
		2.2	Analyse the extent to which the risks are being minimised
		2.3	Review the effectiveness of the support given taking appropriate actions to ensure compliance with statutory and legal frameworks
