1	Be able to confirm that the resources have been provided specific to their role within the firing plan	1.1	Confirm that the correct equipment and consumables have been provided
		1.2	Confirm the serviceability of the equipment and consumables
		1.3	Explain the reporting procedure for returning defective equipment
2	Be able to position personnel and set out equipment specific to their role within the firing plan	2.1	Brief personnel on their specific duties in accordance with their role in the firing plan
		2.2	Follow communications procedures in accordance with their role in the firing plan
		2.3	Close the area and clear it of unauthorized personnel
		2.4	Prepare and set out the equipment and activity site in accordance with their role in the firing plan
		2.5	Take appropriate precautions to protect people and the equipment within their role in accordance with organizational procedures
