1	Be able to demonstrate skills to work as part of a team to realise a music event.	1.1	Outline the profile of the event, identifying the following: a. the aim of the event; b. the team roles required to realise the event; c. personal objectives, including: • own roles within the team; • engagement with other team members; • personal development.
		1.2	Undertake roles as identified in 1.1 to contribute to the realisation of the event.
		1.3	Outline the effectiveness of their contribution in relation to their personal objectives and those of the team, within the context of the event.
