Exemptions

Any learner who has passed the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NQF) will be exempt from the Legal and Social Responsibilities of a Personal Licence Holder unit as they will have already demonstrated the required level of knowledge of the Licensing Act 2003. 

 

Any learner who has passed the Licensed Retail Operations (500/9716/7) unit will be exempt from the Licensed Hospitality Operations unit as they will have already demonstrated the required level of knowledge. 

 

Structure Requirements
This is a two mandatory unit qualification with a total credit value of 4 at Level 2.
The awarding organisation states that this qualification is appropriate for use in the following age ranges.
