Previous achievements of National Qualifications Framework (NQF) National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications (N/SVQ) units will be considered as exemptions for the relevant Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) unit. For clarification, please seek advice from Constructionskills. Other and Equivalent units - currently, no other or equivalent units within the QCF will be considered.

Structure Requirements
To achieve this Qualification learners must complete all 3 mandatory core units in Group A; plus one pathway from Group B to achieve a minimum total of 56 credits. In addition learners may choose to do any of the Additional units from Group C. Credit from this will be noted on the certificate, but will not count as part of the qualification.
The awarding organisation states that this qualification is appropriate for use in the following age ranges.
