Structure Requirements
Candidates must achieve a minimum of 37 credits. A minimum of 22 credits must be achieved at Level 1, of which 7 credits will come from the mandatory unit E.03. A minimum of 15 credits must come from the Level 1 optional units (Group B). A maximum of 15 credits may be taken from Level 2 (Groups E and D). A maximum of one Institute of Customer Service units may be taken taken (Group D).
The awarding organisation states that this qualification is appropriate for use in the following age ranges.
