Structure Requirements
The qualification comprises of mandatory generic units, mandatory specialist units and optional groups. In order to achieve the qualification, candidates must achieve a minimum of: 29 credits from the 6 mandatory generic units (Group A) 52 credits from the 8 mandatory specialist units (Group B) Minimum of 7 credits from 3 optional group (Groups D, E, F) ensuring all components are achieved Mandatory Generic Units = 6, Credits = 29 Mandatory Specialist Units = 8, Credits = 52 3 optional groupings - choose 1 = minimum of 7 credits Total credits required to achieve the qual = 88 (29+52+7) Min at level 2 or above= 88 GLH 250+417= 667(60 OR 135) Min GLH = 727 / Max GLH = 802
