The qualification comprises of mandatory generic units, mandatory specialist units and optional groups In order to achieve the qualification, candidates must achieve a minimum of : 20 credits from the 4 mandatory generic units (Group A) 11 credits from the 2 mandatory specialist units (Group B) 11 credits from the optional groups (D, E) ensuring that both knowledge and competency components are achieved MG Units = 4, Credits = 20 MS Units = 2, Credits = 11 2 optional groupings - choose 1 = 11 credits Total credits required to achieve the qual = 42 Min GLH = 362 / Max GLH = 364
