Structure Requirements
This qualification comprises of 6 mandatory generic units, 10 mandatory specialist units and 13 optional units (i.e 7 optional unit groups). A total of 78 credits are required to achieve this qualification. Learners must achieve a minimum of: 29 credits from the 6 mandatory generic units (Group A) 44 credits from the 10 mandatory specialist units (Group B) A minimum of 5 credits from 1 optional group (Groups D, E, F, G, H, I, J) ensuring all components within the selected group are achieved. (Note: Group I only has 1 unit.) Mandatory Generic Units = 6, Credits = 29 Mandatory Specialist Units = 10, Credits = 44 7 optional groupings - choose 1 = minimum of 5 credits Total credits required to achieve the qual = 78 (29+44+5) Min at level 2 = 65 (21+44+0) GLH 250+350 (40 OR 85) Min GLH = 640 / Max GLH = 685
