Structure Requirements
To complete this qualification, candidates must achieve a minimum of 19 credits. A minimum of 12 credits must be achieved at Level 1, of which 7 credits will come from the mandatory unit E.03. A minimum of 5 credits must come from the Level 1 optional units (Group B). A maximum of 7 credits may be taken from Level 2 (Groups C and D). A maximum of one Institute of Customer Service unit may be taken (Group D). Mandatory unit (7 credits): E.03 Work effectively in your retail team plus a minimum of 5 credits must come from Group B, and a maximum of 7 credits may be taken from: Group C and/or a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 1 unit from Group D
