An NQF unit that is identical in title, level, credit value and content to the QCF unit will be allowed to be used as an exemption.

Structure Requirements
The learner must achieve 21 credits. 6 credits must be achieved from the Mandatory Group A (Core Skills). The learner can take the remaining credits from any group but a maximum of 6 credits can be taken from Optional Group G2. A minimum of 15 credits must be achieved at Level 1. A maximum of 6 credits are allowed at Entry 3.
The awarding organisation states that this qualification is appropriate for use in the following age ranges.
