Structure Requirements
Candidates must complete all units to achieve the qualification. As well as ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness, the qualification can also have one the following titles to reflect the context in which it is delivered: ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Citizenship); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (though STEM) (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through International Communications/Enterprise); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Personal Finance); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Environmental Management and Monitoring); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Sports Fitness); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Creative and Performing Arts); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through ICT); ASDAN Level 3 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (through Numeracy and Literacy)
